--On WEDNESDAY, May 16th dine at the Bobcat Cafe in Bristol and the good folks at the Bobcat will donate a percentage of food sales to the One World Library. Call for reservations at 453-3311. Thank you!

--Also mark your calendar for the next One World Library program on THURSDAY, May 17: "Vermont's Deaf Culture" Building Bridges Through Theater". This program will be held at Holley Hall from 7:00 - 8:30 pm and is free and open to the public. It will offer an overview on Vermont's Deaf community and the presentation will also focus on Deaf theater and the creation of the multilingual and multicultural performance "Songs for a New World" in Vermont. American Sign Language interpreters will be present.

The One World Library is a community non-profit that "Brings the WORLD to our community" though monthly programs about world cultures and a collection of books and DVD films at the Lawrence Memorial Library.
