The Planning Commission meets next on May 15.
Please note that this meeting will be held at the Jericho Elementary School Cafeteria and begin at 6:30 pm and will conclude by 8:30 pm.
The PC and community will meet with their consultant, Chris Sargent of DuBois & King, to kick off the Commercial District Project and plan for the upcoming year.
The PC will then continue to discuss on the Natural Resources Overlay (NRO) District. Small edits are still being made to the draft in response to additional comments. The most recent version of the NRO (4/30/18) is on the Planning Commission page of the Town website: https://goo.gl/Fo3Dgw. A new version of the NRO will be posted hopefully before Tuesday.
The PC will also discuss adding some language to require trails on lots that are going through development in areas of key trail connections as shown in the 2015 Bike and Pedestrian Plan and the 2016 Town Plan.
