FREE pickling workshop at the Cerridwen Farm CCK (Community Commercial Kitchen) @ 5:30-7:30pm TOMORROW (Wed., 6.14). Learn to pickle ANY vegetable in vinegar AND more traditional brine pickling. One jar/participant will be provided, as well as some choices of vegetables (cucumbers, beets, beans), but please bring your own vegetable of choice and extra jars if you would like to pickle more. Park behind GMC Library or in the GMC Farmhouse driveway.
Registration required (as we are limited in how many can fit in the kitchen).
