Set in a bar in Philadelphia in 1959, the show chronicles the final performance of the iconic African-American jazz singer, Billie Holiday, in which she shares stories about her stormy personal life, her battle with addiction and her ground-breaking vocal style. The play features a sensational score, including "God Bless The Child", "What a Little Moonlight Can Do" and "Strange Fruit."
