Nurses at UVM Medical Center are engaged in negotiations to improve staffing, pay and working conditions. Help us send a message that patient care matters more than executive pay!

Last Thursday over 300 nurses came out to hear how much management values our work at the hospital.

Accompanied by CFO Rick Vincent (who made $400k in 2016), management proposed a 2% annual wage increase (which isn't an increase at all), no increase for nurses at the top of the scale, and a wage decrease for new grads.
