Nonviolence Training: Building the Nonviolence Movement

June 9, Saturday & June 10 Sunday, 10am-5pm (Sat) and 9am-4pm (Sun) at VEIC, 128 Lakeside Avenue, Suite 401, Burlington.

The Peace & Justice Center of Vermont is excited to host this weekend-long program from the Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence (ISPN) in Providence, RI. This two day training introduces the principles and practices of nonviolence developed by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to participants. The program will be led by Sal Monteiro and PJ Fox, for more information on these trainers and/or the ISPN visit nonviolenceinstitute.org. Fees vary, no one will be turned away for lack of funds, participants under 25 are not expected to contribute financially.
