Happy spring folks! The leaves are coming out, the snow is gone (mostly), and the birds are singing. This all adds up to one thing; the Annual Waterbury Bird Walk co-sponsored by the Waterbury Conservation Commission and Audubon Vermont! This year's walk will be held on Sunday, May 20 from 7:30 – 9:00 am at the Waterworks property on Sweet Road in Waterbury Center.

This is a bird walk for all levels and abilities of birders. Our focus is on getting outside on a beautiful May morning to experience the sights and sounds of the amazing variety of bird species that make their summer home in the forests of Vermont. Walking will be on established trails (for the most part) and the terrain is mild with a few moderate short uphills.
