The Taste Place is hosting Tom Perry from Shelburne Farms on Friday 5/11 for a Shelburne Farms cheddar tasting, followed by a cheese microbes class. The class will be a discussion on microbes and how they have been harnessed by other countries throughout history, and how we here in the US are using them. This is fun, approachable science and history for all! Cheese tasting begins at 3pm - class begins at 5pm. Both are complimentary!
