Yoga for Better Digestion

Tired of stomach troubles? Want to balance your metabolism? Join us for a yoga session to improve digestive function by encouraging elimination, readjusting the acid-alkaline balance in the stomach, cleaning the gallbladder, and flushing toxins from the circulatory system. We'll also look at simple individual moves you can do to help your body digest food, and close with a meditative breath sequence to balance the metabolism. By improving digestion, you will gain energy and even give your skin a more youthful appearance!

As part of our "Healthy Aging" series at the Strong House Spa in Quechee, this session will give you yoga and meditation techniques that you can take home and practice regularly to make lasting change in your health and in your quality of life.
