Pollinator Garden Workshop

Past event
May 12, 2018, 1 to 5 PM

Do you want to help our bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds? Plant them a garden of native flowers. Landscape designer Tom Sullivan specializes in designing ornamental landscapes using native plants. Tom will introduce the biology and habitat needs of our native pollinators, the fundamentals of garden design, the best plants for pollinators, and sources of bee-safe plants. Following an indoor presentation, we will design and install a garden. This workshop will take place at Deer Run Farm in Dummerston. Cost: $15 BEEC members/$20 non-members.

Co-sponsored by the Bonnyvale Environmental Education Center and the Dummerston Conservation Commission.
