The 35 member Vermont Brass Ensemble will present a Brass & Percussion concert, Brass Classics and Favorites, on Sunday, May 6, 2018, 3:00 pm in the Univ. of Vermont Recital Hall at the Southwick Music Building, 384 South Prospect St., Burlington, VT 05405- Free Admission. We are a student run brass ensemble made up of majors, non majors, alumni and community members getting together to share our love for brass music. Come join us for an afternoon of brass and percussion music. The group is directed by AJ Banach and Mei Endo, and conducted by Larry Solt. Music on this concert will feature compositions by John Williams, Alfred Reed, Klaus Badet (Pirates of the Caribbean), Morten Lauridsen, Kim Andre Arnsen, Robert Smith, and Brian Balmages.
