Hi Fairfax This year I volunteered my time with Code for BTV to help build the new, official Green Up Mobile App. I am personally really excited that I could help make this tool, and I would love to see everyone in my town that is Greening Up use the app. While the app is designed to help teams come together and coordinate Green Up, a key reason to use it, even if you work alone, is that it helps you record how many bags are collected, and where they are collected. This is a key metric that the Green Up organization has traditionally had trouble collecting… and that directly impacts their funding and support.
