Richmond Free Library Community Room
Paul Wood, a member of the Vermont Humanities Council Speakers Bureau, will give a slide show presentation entitled “Inventive Vermonters: A Sampling of Farm Tools and Implements.” Wood presents an assortment of farm tools and artifacts invented or produced in Vermont, examining their use, uniqueness of design, and the often fascinating stories of
the inventors themselves. This program is co-sponsored by the Vermont Humanities Council. The Library is handicapped accessible. All are welcome at this free event. Refreshments will be provided by the RHS Board of Directors. For more information, please contact Fran Thomas 434-3654 or dtft5171@gmavt.net.
A brief Richmond Historical Society business meeting and election of officers will precede the program.
