The Lake Bomoseen Association is holding a Spring Fling Social on Tuesday, May 15, from 5 to 7:30 pm at the Lake Bomoseen Lodge & Taproom, Route 30 N, Bomoseen, VT. A $15 ticket will provide attendees with appetizers and one drink, either a beer, a wine or a specialty cocktail. Appetizers are shrimp & herbed cream cheese cucumber canapés, maple caramelized onions and brie in phyllo cups, spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips, sweet pea, roasted pepper and shredded beef crostini topped with parmesan. Specialty cocktails are berry breeze, lust gin and tonic, strawberry and basil margarita and spring sangria. Attendees can pay your LBA membership dues and hear about upcoming summer events. A large basket containing lots of lake themed items will be raffled. It will be a good time to welcome spring, the ice out and just catch up with Lake Bomoseen friends and neighbors.
