FREE Diabetes Self-Management workshop, sponsored by UVM Medical Center
Summary: Diabetes Management is a program for people living with type 2 Diabetes and focuses on techniques to deal with symptoms as well as emotional health, exercise, nutrition and communicating effectively with health care providers.
Where: Dorothy Alling Memorial Library (Community Room), 21 Library Lane, Williston
When: Six Thursdays, May 3rd – June 14th, from 1pm – 3:30 pm ** Workshop will not be held on 5/24**
