ANNUAL GREEN UP DAY is this Saturday, May 5th. Sign-in and pick of Green Up bags from 8:30 am to 11:30 am at Wallingford Rotary, Main Street or Wallingford Transfer Station, Waldo Lane. We thank you in advance for your participation in the state-wide Annual Green Up Day this Saturday. Filled bags of trash can be brought to the Transfer Station. Your assistance will help keep Wallingford the beautiful town we all love. Disposable gloves will be available at sign-in sites. Why not take bags for trash and bags for recyclable items you find? Remember to be safe - bug spray for those pesky ticks. Do not pick up syringes or needles but notify Town officials of their location. Most importantly - HAVE FUN! Thanks again.
