Join us for a light meal, presentation and discussion in cultivating self compassion and care for the family member/friend who provides the primary care for a loved one with Dementia. The focus will be on learning to be compassionate with oneself, finding balance, and building a community support system. $10 donation, optional.

Hosted and presented by Jeanette O'Conor, PhD, MS, MN. Dr O'Conor is a health care provider with decades of experience in managing chronic care. She is a certified PAC dementia care expert, and is currently providing the primary care to two parents with cognitive changes.
