The Harwood Union Middle/High School Athletic Department is hosting our 5th Annual Calcutta on Friday, May 18th at the American Legion Post 59, in Waterbury, Vermont.
Harwood Union Middle/High School offers 17 sports for more than 400 student-athletes from Warren, Fayston, Waitsfield, Waterbury, Duxbury, and Moretown. In recent years, Harwood's athletic programs have been thriving on the field of play, with State Championships in Golf, Alpine Skiing, and 9-straight in Girls Cross-Country Running.
Harwood Union High School would like to keep up with, and exceed the trends of, Vermont High Schools, by providing our students with newer uniforms, equipment, facilities, and so much more!
At our Calcutta, in May, we will be giving out prizes throughout the evening. With every 10th ball drawn, there will be a guest who wins a prized valued at $100 or more. As we near the end of the night, the last 7 draws prior to the cash prizes, will all receive a prize valued at $100 or more, as well. Would you support Harwood's Athletic Department with a donation of one of these prizes, valued at $100 or more?
With your donation, you will be not only supporting our young players, but making an investment in the future of the athletics community. Athletics teaches our student-athletes about teamwork, respect, hard work, discipline, overcoming adversity, and giving back. Our goal is for each child to grow into successful young adults who can be valued as an individual, challenged as a learner, and contribute to society.
