On Saturday May 5 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm Flourish Farm is opening the doors of our new farming facility at 340 Avenue D in Williston to the public for the first time. We'll be giving our friends and neighbors the opportunity to see the crickets in their entirely un-natural habitat and learn more about why raising crickets makes sense from nutritional and environmental perspectives. Flourish Farm is a unique cricket farm (not hard to be, you're probably thinking!) based in Williston, raising and harvesting organic crickets for human and pet consumption. Due to the demand for our products, we have spent the last year working on expanding—and now we can't wait to open our doors to welcome our fellow Vermonters to the farm, celebrate our community, and share our passion for the work we are doing to integrate more sustainable protein into our diets.
