Saturday, February 1st marks the start of American Heart Month, and NMC would like to invite you to join us for a free, family-friendly health fair focused on heart health. We'll be at St. Albans Town Educational Center from 9 a.m. to noon with free health screenings, educational booths about heart disease, free massages, and fitness activities. Never tried yoga, but always wondered if you'd like it? You'll be able to try it out on Saturday, along with Tai Chi, Zumba and Resistance Training. Please bring your whole family --- we've got children's activities in the gymnasium. Come start your journey toward better health with us!
