Dear Friends & Neighbors --

As a board member of the Vermont Electric Co-op, I want to remind you that our annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 12th at Smugglers' Notch Resort from 8-12. As a cooperative utility, each of you who is served by Vermont Electric Co-op is a member and owner in our electric utility. Therefore, we hope you will join for all or some of the meeting! There will be a complimentary breakfast starting at 8 am and the formal part of the meeting will start at 10 am when VEC leaders will offer an update on VEC news, and take questions and comments from our members. There will be the final voting (until 10:30 a.m.) for the board of director elections, with five candidates vying for seats in three districts.

Throughout the morning there will also be an exhibitors' showcase, raffles, and door prizes!
