"Age Out Loud: Still Aging After All These Years"
Comedic Stories and Live Blues/Rock Music at the Barre Opera House
Friday, May 4, 7:30pm to Benefit Your Central Vermont Council on Aging

Age Out Loud is an evening of comedic storytelling about aging and families featuring NPR award winning comedic storytellers and Moth Slam producers, Susanne Schmidt and Kevin Gallagher, with live blues/rock music by The Brevity Thing.  There will be a special guest performance by Vermont storyteller, Willem Lange.  Tickets are $30 and are available online at www.barreoperahouse.org. Age Out Loud also includes a silent auction with more than 70 items, including original art, jewelry, wellness services, dining, sports, theater, and even an antique car driving lesson! Doors open at 6:30pm for silent auction buyers. Online auction bidding is open at www.biddingowl.com until May 3, 2018, 9pm.

The "Art of Creative Aging" featuring the work of older (60+) Central Vermont visual artists will be on exhibit in the lobby of the Barre Opera House for this event and throughout the month of May.

Held in celebration of Older Americans Month, Age out Loud has been made possible in part by generous sponsorship from The Lauzon Family, The Gary Residence, Westview Meadows, Green Mountain Support Services, National Life Group, Hannaford Supermarkets and Central Vermont Medical Center.
