Finding Peace in Your Relationship with Your Mother Workshop

I am a relationship coach that helps women find acceptance and peace of mind in their relationship with their mother. Through the process of dissolving my own struggles in my relationship with my mother, I identified five positive actions that helped me create the relationship I needed with my mother in order have peace of mind and be respectful to both myself and others. I have compiled these steps into a coaching program that helps women resolve their own issues with their mother in a guided, supportive environment, while freeing themselves from the beliefs and behaviors that keep them stuck in turmoil.
