Join the Calais Climate Action Team and the Friends of the Winooski River in our Riparian Zone Planting day at the Calais Town Hall. As part of the creation of the Gospel Hollow Edible Park located in the field behind the Calais Town Hall, we've teamed up with Friends of the Winooski River to plant native trees and shrubs along the banks of the two brooks bordering the Town Hall Property, Pekin Brook and Elmsley Brook. This will be a fun and educational day, bring the whole family! Please let me know if you can come so we know we'll have enough folks on hand to help plant!
