You won't want to miss Vermont Pride Theater's annual fun- and fund-raiser, this Sunday evening April 29th: a picnic at Langevin House on Vermont Technical College's Randolph Center campus. (With a cool-and-cloudy forecast, we'll mostly be indoors.)
All-you-can-eat dinner of home-cooked favorites begins at 5 PM: Southern buttermilk fried chicken and biscuits, honey ham and rolls, mac and cheese, vegetarian baked beans, potato and green salads, and a huge variety of butter-crust pies. An open bar will be provided by Valley Bowl.
Entertainment begins at 6 PM: teasers from the three new plays in this summer's pride festival plus the short film "Shelby's Vacation", which was presented onstage in our inaugural festival in 2011.
Suggested donation: $50. All proceeds will support the Vermont Pride Theater at Chandler's July 2018 festival. It's the only one in the state presenting the concerns and issues of LGBTQ Vermonters.
RSVP soon to Bennett Law at 234-9344 or Or just come to the party on Sunday.
