For the fourth straight year, the Stern Center for Language and Learning will present two nights of improv comedy in collaboration with the Vermont Comedy Club. All proceeds will support Stern Center Professional Learning through the Cynthia K. Hoehl Institute for Excellence.
Guest comedian Steve Waltien, currently a writer with Jon Stewart's HBO project "The Opposition," and formerly of Chicago's Second City brings a quartet of experienced improvisers with Vermont connections back home, including Shelburne natives Ben Rameaka of The Upright Citizen's Brigade Theater and Amazon's Alpha House, and Andrew Knox of The Improvised Shakespeare Company and the Off-Broadway hit *BLANK! The Musical*. They are joined by Steve's wife, Kate James of Chicago's legendary sketch comedy group Schadenfreude.
SHOWS: Wednesday, May 23 and Thursday, May 24 - 7:00 p.m. & 8:30 p.m.
