While our wonderful instructor is recovering, Gentle Yoga will resume this week! Instructor Kristen Rose will be leading the classes on THURSDAYS, 10:15 AM, top floor, here at the library, starting Thursday, April 26th. As usual, this class is free, open to the public and especially suitable for those wanting to build strength, relieve stiffness from arthritis or injury and improve range of motion through a program of gentle, seated exercises.
