The Mad River Taste Place is hosting a cheese and cider pairing event! Cheese sensory expert Dr. Montse Almena will be on hand to talk about cheese, flavor profiles, and a little bit of science! Brad from Windfall Orchard will be on hand to talk about cider, how's it made, where the flavors come from and why it tastes so good with cheese!
