If you've got kids and you're thinking about sending them to summer camp or private school, come to the Kids VT Camp and School Fair on Saturday, February 1, from 10-2 p.m. at the Burlington Hilton. Admission is free.

Full disclosure: I'm one of the organizers. But I'm also a parent, and I've found it really useful in the past. We've found summer and vacation camps for both of our kids there. This year representatives from more than 50 camps and schools will attend the fair to answer questions from parents and potential campers. We also give away prizes. It's fun! Especially because you get to think about summer.
