Parent Toddler Open Gym(nastics)
This is a parent participatory toddler class. All participants MUST preregister and no drop ins will be allowed. This is a 6 week class with no class on Feb.15 or 22nd.

Preschool Gymnastics
Participants will learn basic gymnastic skills and explore various equipment including balance beams, uneven bars, mini-trampoline, vault, rope and tumbling mats in a fun and safe environment.

Intermediate/Advanced Gymnastics
Participants will build on the basic skills to learn round offs, walkovers and handsprings, and further develop skills on the balance beam, uneven bars, mini-trampoline, vault and rope. Gymnastics is great for enhancing skills that can be applied to other sports such as strength, speed, flexibility, balance, agility and body awareness.

Monday Tumbling Class
Tumbling classes are a great way to have fun and get exercise while learning new skills that can be used in both dance and other sports that require coordination, strength, balance and flexibility. Participating in tumbling classes allows the opportunity to cross train for a variety of other sports and recreational activities while instilling self esteem, confidence and goal setting skills.
