As winter drags on, it's a great time to stay indoors and take care of yourself. As part of our "Healthy Aging" series, this workshop will teach you yogic practices that maintain wellness of body and mind through stimulating your glands, particularly the thymus gland, to fight infection and run your body at its peak. Along with these dynamic exercises for disease resistance, you'll learn quick and easy breath techniques to reverse the onset of illness.

Barnard yoga teacher "Miss Amanda" is teaching this practical series to help you age more gracefully and happily. All ages & all levels of yoga experience welcome. Along with the practice, every session includes useful information, personal recommendations, and a handout with yogic practices so that you can continue to make lasting change in your health and in your quality of life. All of this plus a Sound Healing gong bath for only $40 per session.
