Located within a great family neighborhood with walking access to the Bay Park and the LaPlatte Nature Conservancy trails. Bike to school or town via the Ti-Haul trail. Keep kayaks or small sailboats on the community beach, or a powerboat in the neighboring Shelburne Bay Boat Club.
