You're invited to learn more about Craniosacral Therapy (CST), a very gentle light-touch approach that releases tension in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax and self-correct. This hands-on workshop will provide you with a basic understanding of Craniosacral Therapy and how it can support your health through specific and refined work with the autonomic nervous system.
I've been studying, practicing and teaching the gentle and powerful methods of Craniosacral Therapy since 2011 and am also a Board Certified Massage Therapist, yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and student of the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute. I've been providing professional therapeutic bodywork in Vermont for nearly 20 years. I love to nurture health, transform stress into strength, and help people to feel more comfortable in their own bodies.
