The Jericho Planning Commission is meeting next on April 17th at the Town Hall from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. All are welcome.

The following items are on the Agenda:

Discussion and review of the current version of the Natural Resources Overlay. This will be available for public review on the Town website sometime soon and before the PC meeting on Tuesday. Here is a link to the PC page of the Town website: https://goo.gl/xCBn29.

The Planning Commission will further discuss adding some language to the Land Use Regulations for trail development.

The consultant has been chosen for the Commercial District project. DuBois & King was chosen by an 7 person advisory committee made up of PC members, Commercial District property owners and members of the general public. The project will kick of in the next month or so. The PC will discuss next steps on Tuesday night and they continue to keep you posted as things unfold.
