Hi Friends and Neighbors,
This evening, my sister, Jen, will be leading a wonderful and free workshop at the Residence at Shelburne Bay. All are welcome to join for this "Introduction to Mindful Breathing."
As Jen describes, "One of the eight limbs of yoga, pranayama, or breathwork is incredibly beneficial in calming the mind, restoring balance and finding internal peace amid many of life's challenges.
Most of us spend our days with shallow breathing; accessing just a portion of our true breath capacity and the benefits therein. In the rush of life, breathwork can be readily accessed, yet it's often overlooked and under-utilized."
In this intro to mindful breathing workshop, Jen Butson Williams will guide you through a handful of simple breathing practices to add to your toolkit for lifelong wellness - increasing presence, ushering in contentment and nourishing gratitude.
Hope you can make it!
Thank you to my sister, Alicia, and the Residence at Shelburne Bay for hosting this lovely workshop.
Warmly,
Michelle
