What's all the buzz about Mansfield Cooperative School? Maybe you've seen the kids playing at the Richmond Village Green at recess, or seen their artwork on the walls of Sweet Simone's. Maybe you've heard friends talking about this unique learning environment in the heart of Richmond.

If you'd like to learn more, join us Friday 4/13, from 5:00 - 6:30 pm at Mansfield Cooperative School in Richmond village to learn what this growing independent school has to offer. Starting at 5:00 you can tour the school and meet with staff, students, and parents. We will have a presentation about the school at 5:30. We also will be having an information session on May 6th from 4:00-5:30.

Can't make it to the info sessions? There are other ways to "meet" The Coop: stop by Sweet Simone's anytime in April! The Coop kids' artwork - paintings, photography and drawings - adorns the walls all month long. Or, join us for a free, public event at the Richmond Free Library on April 18th at 7pm as our students explore the VT Reads book, Bread and Roses, Too by Katherine Paterson through original poetry, movement and art. There will be a discussion of the book after the performance, so feel free to pick up a copy at the library if you'd like to participate in the discussion.

And of course you can always visit us on facebook at www.facebook.com/MansfieldCooperative, visit our website www.mansfieldcooperative.org, or contact our director, Jessie Kochelyaev, at mansfieldcoopvt@gmail.com.

We'd love to meet you!

Mansfield Cooperative School is a small independent school for grades 3-8. Our school offers a family-like atmosphere with a learning environment that is student-led and geared toward individual learning styles and interests. Students set the pace so they don't feel bored or behind. Our students discover the joy in pursuing their curiosity and in deepening their understanding of our world. Financial Aid is available.
