As it is played today, bunco is a social dice game involving 100% luck and no skill (there are no decisions to be made), with easy scoring and a simple set of rules. The object of the game is to accumulate points and to roll certain combinations. The winners get prizes for accomplishments such as the highest score, the lowest score, or the most buncos.

It is common practice to turn the game into a party, with food, drinks and dice-themed decorations. The Cambridge Area Rotary is doing exactly that. Mark your calendar now for Saturday April 12th, when the Rotary will host Bunco Night at the Boyden Barn. We will have prizes, a raffle, silent auction and a cash bar.
