Please join the Vermont Autism Task Force at the Vermont State House Cafeteria to meet and greet with families, honor local advocates, and attend special presentations about autism awareness on Wednesday, April 11 from 4:30 - 6 pm. This is an amazing day that brings together people on the spectrum plus families, legislators, and state officials.

4:30 pm: Sign up to meet with your legislator (or email them before)
4:30-5 pm: Refreshments and resources
5-6 pm: Talks by local autism advocates: Kirsten Murphy, Executive Director for the Vermont Developmental Disabilities Council, Kat Redniss, Student Matinee Series Manager for Flynn Center for the Performing Arts, Kelly Walsh, Program Manager for Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports, and Nihyah Dorf, college student in the Howard Center's SUCCEED Program.
6 pm: Vermont Autism Task Force will also be presenting its annual Autism Appreciation Awards to Max Barrows and Julie Erdelyi.
