Music is a fundamental part of the human experience that builds a foundation for learning about ourselves and about each other. This workshop will focus especially on the role of parents, guardians and other caregivers in making music a vital part of a child's growth and development. Andy and Robin will provide a handout of songs and other activities, a list of highly recommended resources, and hopefully will inspire participants to make music a part of their own family's life.

Robin and Andy Davis of Brattleboro, Vermont have been teaching children and families music for many years in preschools, elementary schools, community events and summer camps. Andy and Robin make song, story, movement, and dance a joyful and accessible part of childhood and family life.
