In this workshop, you'll get tools, tips, and resources for completing your personal and professional projects successfully. Bring an idea for a project you'd like to work on, and you'll leave with a project plan!

What's a project, exactly? It's unique (not routine), has a beginning and an end, and has a budget. Could be planning a big party... launching a new product... planning a career change... renovating your house... buying a car... developing a new program... moving... or a thousand other things.
