A reminder to everybody that our farm lunches and dinners are still going on and the next one is this sunday April 8th. Check them out on our website (http://www.agricolavermont.com/events.html). Every meal is prepared using farm fresh products following traditional Italian recipes. These leisurely multi-course (5 courses) meals are served at our farm house and they last 3+ hrs. It is a great opportunity to sit down relax and let the food carry you to Italy for an afternoon.

For the CHARCUTERIE aficionado, we will have a special event with local author Jeff Roberts, Salted and Cured. During the event you will hear about the stories behind the scenes of cured meats in the US. Local charcuterie maker Erika Linch (Babbette's Table) will showcase her products and talk about how she is using VT pork to make cured meats and you will also get to sample our own (agricola farm) lamb charcuterie, an antique italian tradition to preserve lamb. The event is on APRIL 22. Check the website for the tickets and more information.
