Armchair Travel Series Takes You to Southern Patagonia

LOCATION: Equinox Village, 49 Maple St., Manchester Center, VT

Southern Patagonia supports a massive icefield, abundant glaciers, unique mountain spires that climb to the heavens, and some of the biggest whitewater on the planet. This presentation will focus mainly on El Chalten and El Calafate in Argentina, and Futaleufu, Chile. Be transported to a world like no other by presenter Steve Merrow, a frequent traveler to rugged places, who is back by popular demand. The illustrated talk will feature photos, travel advice, outdoor opportunities, culture, and geography of the region.

The program, sponsored by Equinox Village and presented by Manchester Community Library, is free and open to the public. Equinox Village is located at 49 Maple St. in Manchester Center, VT. For more information, contact Cindy Waters at the Library: events@mclvt.org or 802-549-4577.
