Join us for the fifth class of this free six-week beginner yoga series tonight, April 4th, at the Hartland Library from 5:30 to 6:30PM! The sixth and final class will be held tomorrow, April 5th, from 5-6pm.
Classes are specifically designed for those with little or no previous yoga experience and will focus on breathing techniques, traditional poses, proper alignment, and relaxation in a safe and nurturing environment. Those with more experience who are interested in revisiting the foundations of yoga will also enjoy this series. You have the freedom to attend any or all classes! Open to anyone over the age of 10.
