Community Collaborative for Guilford and the Guilford Rec Committee bring you Yoga for YOU: Yoga + Childcare!

This will be a 6 week series, starting this Saturday, April 7th, from 10:00-11:30am at the Guilford Central School. Childcare will take place in the pre-k classroom and yoga will be in the gym. The class will be lead by Marybeth Kover (https://www.easefuljourney.com/). If you have a mat, feel free to bring it, but we also have plenty if you need one. Childcare is for 5 and under and there is a suggested sliding scale donation of $2-$5 a class.
