Hello Neighbors:
The monthly Ward6 NPA meeting will take place this coming Thursday, April5 from 7pm to 9pm at the Greek Orthodox Church, 600 South Willard Street, on the corner of South Willard and Ledge Road at the rotary.
Parking is available in the church lot, entrance off of Ledge Road. Additional parking can be found along Willard Street, as well as in front of Christ the King on Locust Street. Snacks and drinks will be available!
This month we return to our usual informational format, with many updates on projects that have an impact on present and future city life. The overall agenda is as follows:
7:00-7:15pm Approval of March Minutes and Public Comment Period
7:15-7:30pm Zoe Richards (Richard Deane) - Burlington Open and Natural Lands Conservation & Connection Initiative (OLCCI) Steering Committee report
7:30-7:45pm Lauren Layn and Michelle Morris - Chittenden Solid Waste District Act 148, mandatory curbside composting
7:45-8:00pm Joan Shannon – Counselor Ward 6, City Council Update
8:00-8:15pm Jeff Wick and Clare Wool - School Board Update
8:15-8:30pm Nicole Losch – Department of Public Works, Winooski Ave corridor study
8:30-8:45pm Noelle MacKay - City Place Burlington update
