CVU's Gender Equality Club is hosting a public viewing of the inspiring documentary, "Girl Rising" on Thursday, April 5th at 6:00pm in the CVU auditorium. Entry is free but we are accepting donations for the Girl Rising foundation at the event. This powerful documentary showcases the lives of nine girls from developing countries, and highlights how important access to education is to improving their lives. A must-see. Film is rated PG-13.
