Join us for Hands on Health the Maya Way with Kayla Becker at River House Yoga Hands on Health shares the depth of the Arvigo techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy in a one day format. This course includes the History of Arvigo Therapy and Traditional Healers, Anatomy and Physiology of the Reproductive System, Hands on Self Care, Instruction and Discussion about Digestion, Herbal Rainforest Remedies, and Emotional-Spiritual Healing. It is a comprehensive, action packed, fun, informative day of learning and self care. For many students this one day course is an introduction and awakening to the health, power, and beauty of the uterus and entire reproductive system. More about Kayla Becker I have been a teacher, advocate, student and practitioner of women's and reproductive health education for over 40 years. I am a psycho-spiritual bodyworker in private practice since 1985 and an Arvigo Maya Abdominal therapist since 2000. My practice is located in Montpelier, Vermont. I have been a student of Dr. Rosita Arvigo since 1995. Since 2007, I have been an Arvigo Abdominal Self Care Instructor and held classes throughout Vermont, and in Mexico, California, and Arizona. As an instructor and a practitioner, it is an honor and privilege to serve adults and teens along their reproductive journeys
