St. Johnsbury Academy Adult Education will offer "Amateur 'Ham' Radio: Technicians" on Tuesday evenings from April 17 through June 5 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Learn how to operate amateur radio equipment and earn your FCC technician-level license to operate on the air.
