Calling all farmers! Upcoming workshop opportunity on Required Agricultural Practices

The Winooski Natural Resources Conservation District and UVM Extension Crops, Soils and Pasture Team are excited to announce our upcoming Required Agricultural Practices Technical Workshop on Wednesday, March 28th. This FREE event will take place at the Essex Memorial Hall located at 5 Towers Road in Essex Junction from 10 am - 2 pm and a FREE LUNCH will also be provided from Sugarsnap Catering.

Whether you operate a small or large farm, this event will provide useful information about the RAPs and an opportunity to talk with experts about how they apply specifically to your operation. For those farms who are designated CSFOs or larger, you will receive all FOUR of the water quality training credits that are now required (you are welcome to attend just the morning RAP session if you do not need the WQ credits).
