Come to WATA's Season Kickoff party Thursday, from 7-10. Buy a glass and get 2 drink tickets. The party is at Bicycle Express at their new store at 23 Commercial Drive in Waterbury. The Rez is providing a great spread of food, and VT Beer Shepherd and Empire Green Brewing will be on hand pouring beers.

Come meet fellow riders, runners, and trail enthusiasts, learn what WATA has been up to and what its plans are for bringing more trails to our neighborhood. We've got exciting news to share about plans for this season, Long-term plans, and even grant news from Revitalizing Waterbury about bikes and our downtown! Ask questions, provide comments, they're all welcome. We have a few fun activities planned as well. Did somebody say a fat bike tractor pull? A spread of Cabot Cheese is on the line.

And while you're at it, join or renew your membership. WATA and VMBA representatives will be on hand to sign you up on the spot, so when the trails open, you'll have your VMBA membership strip and be ready to go.
